One of BJ's strength is his development to take a hands on approach with creating new business. Pay has increased and he has created a better organizational development team.
Really? Hands on approach? The man is never around , only speaks to those in his inner circle, walks out of Critical project meetings before completion....and has no concept about how products are actually developed and the requirements therein.

When you come up with something intelligent, then post it, in the meantime keep telling people to leave and calling them whiners. The reason people will not leave Acumed is because they actually care about the well-being of the company. You just cannot see that. You stick around because no other company will hire you.

As long as criticism is constructive, suggestions are plentiful AND those empowered to make change are open to hearing it, it is valuable.
The one thing that I am missing is any sort of background from BJ explaining why he thinks these changes will get us to our goal. As someone also in leadership, I honestly dont understand what the company is doing myself. That can't be good because I cannot then share it with my team.
Re EB. I worked with him for years and, although he had the title, he had no mechanism for executing change. I had countless conversations with him where I tried to explain why it was important to clearly articulate and advocate his position. His response? "But I'm CCO and they are supposed to do what I say." I blame DJ for not removing him from that position YEARS earlier
