One of BJ's strength is his development to take a hands on approach with creating new business. Pay has increased and he has created a better organizational development team.
 






Sales moral is at an all time low at Acumed due to the fact we are being led by a sales management team that does not understand the orthopedic industry. If Bob Johnson doesn't figure it out soon then I am confident Colson will.

CJ has never led sales before….only marketing. He just does not get it.
JR is really just not very smart, he really can't help it.

The sales team needs someone they can believe in.

Most believe in BJ…..get her done.
 






Really? Hands on approach? The man is never around , only speaks to those in his inner circle, walks out of Critical project meetings before completion....and has no concept about how products are actually developed and the requirements therein.

If complainers are really being shoved out the door, then why is LB still here? All I hear from him is how bad everyone was that used to work here. Get a clue... the new leadership is just as much of a joke as the last, but at least the last seemed like humans- maybe not the smartest humans... but humans non-the-less.

Are they really considered whiners and complainers? Or is it a case that these people recognize that there is something wrong in the organization and it needs to be resolved? What’s wrong with questioning leadership?

Seems like your answer is get rid of the people who want to see a change for the better.
All of these postings including the JR countdown are from people who work their ass off. They never get the chance to have a voice in the company because they are looked upon as a “complainer” or “whiner” and when they do speak up, they end up like Ed (face it Acumed Ed blew the whistle and the company retaliated which is illegal as hell)
I don’t expect an intelligent response from you. You will just tell me I am a whiner, you will criticize my grammar and you will tell me to leave Acumed. What you will not do is come back with a legitimate answer.

That was the expected response from a bottom feeder like you. Don’t worry about resolving problems, just keep telling people to leave. I don’t even hate you, I feel sorry for you and your family- you are a good example to them.

I can see why you want people to just go away, if all the people who are smart enough to question leadership, recognize problems, contribute to the team and improve Acumed leave it will make you the smartest person in the room. Great way to live your life, don’t make the effort to become better, just eliminate the people who see you as a fraud.

The one thing that I am missing is any sort of background from BJ explaining why he thinks these changes will get us to our goal. As someone also in leadership, I honestly dont understand what the company is doing myself. That can't be good because I cannot then share it with my team.

Re EB. I worked with him for years and, although he had the title, he had no mechanism for executing change. I had countless conversations with him where I tried to explain why it was important to clearly articulate and advocate his position. His response? "But I'm CCO and they are supposed to do what I say." I blame DJ for not removing him from that position YEARS earlier
