And a generic approval is the last thing the fda is worried about. It would take a year to get approved and they won’t start that process until the appeal is ruled on. Likely good for a year or two even if we lose. I do think all the expansion territories and overlapped territories will be on the chopping block pretty much ASAP.

Relax ....... Perry thing they could do is they stock would dip more . Need to sit tight rose it out and let appeal process more forward. The judge is An idiot! So some no name company going to swoop in and take all the studies paid for by Amarin etc..... and pull rug from underneath them! Large Pharma will not let this happen . This judge went to law school of BERNIE SANDERS. This ain’t happening !! No way

You get a 15% discount on shares through ESPP. If the window is open when the program ends, you can buy and sell in one transaction and make 15% on the deal. If it is not open, you can either get some really cheap stock which will likely go up after a higher court makes the right decision, or you can pull out and get your money back. There is no risk to the ESPP regardless of what the stock does.
So if the stock drops to $1 , you still make money.

Because you buy it at $0.85 (you get a 15% discount) and sell it for the $1 current price in one transaction. That is IF the window is open. Personally, I have been wishing I bought more stock when it was $2.00. Maybe my dreams just came true. The decision yesterday was a bad one and should be overturned in appeal if we get a competent judge.
