Company covers up a doctor assualted rep

Only two facts come from this post. Someone who worked for Forest took their own life. That is sad. Also someone feels they were violated and has now gone to the proper authorities. Good. The rest will play out.

It is sad that bad things happiness to people. I will say though that ANYONE has the opportunity to leave ANY time. If people are so skilled and talented it should not be a problem. Forest, or any company, is not making anyone stay. You are great? Just leave and do greater things.

Where is this rep from? Please tell!! This happened to me at Forest, I was assaulted by a doctor and they dismissed my complaint!! This hurts so bad, please give me information of where this happened! I have now turned it into the police and it is being investigated appropriatly. My boss and RD coach me on my annual review but, will not address this happened last year or that I suffered from cancer and am still fighting it. If I have any objections, my RD says I'm being defensive? Fuck you! My DM had this territory with many other reps and it was a loser, it is me that made this territory succesful!! Notice that is sucks again? I'm really going to sell for these assholes! Its funny that my many many co-workers can get call average but, obvioulsy can't promote a drug or get a script. I wonder if my DM, RD or HR would address assault it if it was their wife or daughter that someone tried to rape, because, they won't me so, I pray for them, how much should you really give up for a company. Basically they support women being assaulted. My boss knows this really happened to me and he won't speak up for me, he is a sick person! You can't be a good guy and not support a assault victim, I have every right to talk about it and I am pissed it happened, I'm also hurt it is being dismissed. There was many wrong things that I reported to my DM, all dismissed, both him and HR blew off the disgusting stuff I've reported, witness and documented at this company. I want justice!!

This is the year of truth..... You better recognize and apologize! If not, I'll get it myself, I want the public to know everything!! I sit here with my second legal contract, if things aren't fixed I will sign by next Friday!! QPQ cost a lot and hurts a company! You will never know its coming just like me when I was attacked! LOL You hurt me, help me or the gloves are coming off!!

Please fire this person. It is causing a lot of personal problems for everyone around them.
