Performance has nothing to do with retention. I was also on the Playa trip, a mega seller and was terminated because I was expensive. Other reps who over 5 years never sold enough to pay their own salary and benefits were retained.

You cannot make this up. There is life after Pharma. Stay Strong and Good luck to all.

nice did you have fun on the company vacation? Maybe make sure you sat next to the right person at dinner so you could get noticed? Look at the crowd you're trying to impress, not exactly top notch in the industry. You should have higher goals in life, just saying
 


















Who gives a shit. This thread is supposed to be roasting MNK over the coals for having people buy new cars knowing they were going to lay them off. Like the poster said somewhere, why didn't they postpone the buy date by giving us some lame excuse. I know a dude in FL that drove a fleet car with over 100K miles on it because they couldn't order during the spinoff from Covidien.

no i wasnt, was only with mallinckrodt for approx 6 mths while my non-compete expired. Now that I can collect severance and have a job starting Aug 1 making twice what I made here. This job was merely a layover. You should take your talents and go somewhere where your appreciated and where you can make some real money!!
