Comp plan

Well if you like to sleep with the Medical director, your MDs and Richard your comp is great! At least that's who is constantly rewarded here. Guess we know how to win Presidents club and "get paid" here.

It happens at every company I've been with and is unfortunate. As long as you don't F with me or my job. I don't care and obviously their spouses and HR doesn't care. Who would sleep with Richard? Ick old and who cares
 






Now I got first details about the new XL-lamp. Prototype is finished and will be for sale in the middle of next year. I think this is the right answer for DUSA. Now we can finally get started. I am very happy about it!

As far as this COVID-19- YES, this new leadership needs to address this themselves. It’s about keeping our communities safe. It does feel like they care so much about tube sales they don’t give a shit if we’re out there with the most vulnerable. We’re the ones around the elderly and compromised, which is almost all of our PDT patients. Not the people at the home office! We’re the ones that can pass the virus on to the ones most susceptible. Yes- we can choose to stay home, I guess, but for God sake- SAY SOMETHING you selfish Humans. One good thing- you don’t have to worry about that $50 we’ll spend on coffee and snacks, you cheap Humans.

Doesn’t matter if you think this is over dramatic and it does suck being stuck inside but if that’s what it takes to protect our loved ones, well worth it. Nailed it! When 80% of your sales are coming from the top 5 reps, wouldn’t it behoove Biofrontera to do everything in their power to keep their star players?!?! It’s like they want us to fail. It’s a joke that there are some reps that have quotas of only 300 tubes for 6 months. If you can’t sell 300 tubes in 6 months, you probably shouldn’t be in sales nor should you be making more money than the rock star reps who can sell 300 tubes in a week. Oh wait, Cory, Holly, Mike, Will, Justin and Sarah left and went on to real companies that reward and value their people. So hopefully Katie and Nancy can carry the company because that’s all we have left. The best thing that could happen to Biofrontera would be for it to be sold. However, the sales are so lackluster that who would be stupid enough to buy this sinking ship...

He was definitely not a loss. BF is better off that he is gone. The other reps mentioned plus EC were a big loss. Would be fantastic if Pearson would leave! Go have your temper tantrums and treat reps like trash somewhere else.

Sadly I agree with you as well as most of the sales team. Unfortunate choice. You could hire someone more professional and qualified from McDonald's or Tasty Burger.
