Commission Cut Again??? WTH!!!

Can any of you tell me how the ToxAssure panel only cost $225?
Just trying to figure out how they claim to be able to run such an expansive test for only $225.
Here are my theories:
- Flat fee negotiated with insurance companies for the 31 tests (if so, which insurances?)
-Lab bills individual CPT codes and once it reaches $225, it does not bill any further
- Lab is billing patients, or is billing practices (seems unlikely, but you never know)

Stop complaining you can't replace this job with your background.... Get the most out of it.

You think Labcorp is the pinnacle of my life/career? It's sad that you think Labcorp is the highest people can go. There is a whole big world out there filled with other companies/jobs. It doesn't start and end with labcorp. Geez

And if you think that about this person in this role with labcorp, what does that say about the quality of people within labcorp? Hire people and promote people that dont have the skills to be in the position. this would explain the horrendous customer service provided and terrible interactions between employees. No synergy what so ever in this rats nest of a company

June was oddly a great month for me. Already cleared 200k this year. Time to get a new Audi. :) Get out and sell kids!

The One and Only

Key word....."oddly". Maybe someday Dave will wake up and pay his reps that sell what they deserve and stop paying the ones that don't.
Come on Dave.......wake the fuk up!

Can someone give me a ballpark idea on salary+commission package for a sales rep here?
Recently displaced by med device, and an opening popped up here in my area. I am familiar with the company to a degree, just have no idea about comp.

Also, it seems like the new 1099 sales thing out there is testing of all sorts- lots of reps and coworkers have tried to get me in to it over the years ( I didn't because I was a direct employee). Is this cutting into your business, as the idea behind the smaller companies seems to be getting the offices nice profits via billing the insurers?

Nobody in the Company understands how Comp is paid. Move along and find a better Company, you will be glad you did!
