It's just a minimum to call but there is minimum on the growth factor payout of that call in.. 4k or more in growth or you don't get paid on that account. I said this before, why have "sales" reps?? Just hire service reps who sell when needed, pay only on a whole territory and give a kicker toneach rep if the company or division meets the quarterly numbers. That way people would work together towards one goal and it would reflect the job fir it is .. Service, service, service! This is how big companies started failing if you look at history. Shareholders and people at the top make all the money and they protect it well and in turn it creates two classes within a company. The have's and have not's......
 






I used to feel guilty leaving the house at 10am and coming home by 3pm. I now leave at 11am and I'm home by 2pm......Mon thru Thursday......Friday, I work on the golf game. The guilt is gone.

It's much more than a pyramid scheme. It's highway robbery....... Patients are getting screwed and the majority of employees are too. The very few that benefit pretty much produce nothing to the bottom line other than ensuring wall street is happy which means cutting expenses through employees and patients getting screwed

81 million in unauthorized bonuses.. You have to love the part that says " the company exploded in the 90's consistently beating wall streets estimates through a series of strategic mergers turning into conglomarates" .. Sounds like this place to me

Good grief I feel like I'm on a message board with Ted Kaczynski! I'm bummed the plan sucks as well but I'm going to do something about it. Do you have any knowledge as to what is happening to other plans in the industry? If you can't hack it,get out! You keep waiting for lawyers and unions to save your miserable situations. Maybe you should Goggle ISIS.....they may have some answers for you....dumb asses!
 






There are plenty of really great jobs outside of Labcorp. You don't actually have to work here if you put in some effort in finding a new company.

Here is a secret- you don't have to leave your house and it really won't affect your commissions. Stay home and make sure you look at your phone every few hours, but there is no need to be out in the field.

Exactly! Labcorp is not the place for a professional sales person. It's a facade. They call it a sales job but it's really a service job dressed up in a nice dress. But it's all smoke and mirrors

I put in 2 hours today.. Rolled out of bed around 10:30.. Had some coffee, opened a newspaper and devoured a big breakfast. I hit the field at 1, returned a few calls, and deleted all my emails because it was nothing but nonsense. Now i am heading out for 18 on the course. Probably will down 6 beers and get shitty so I can just sleep in again! Labcorp's new comp plan=less work from me. Working out great for so far....
