I’ve read the whole thread. I’m not the original poster, but they’re right. The same people get recognized over and over and who’s to blame for that? Leadership (which you probably are lol).

This forum should be for where people can come and speak their minds. Obviously it’s where the bullies hang out too. There’s other threads for you to go pounce on, why don’t you go do that?

And, are you really saying that asking for an example (any example) is bullying? Really? I’d say bitching about people with no evidence that what you say is true is way more indicative of bullying than anything I posted.

And, as much as you want to be the grammar police and now apparently the content police, this thread is open for anyone to post, not just those that agree with you. Speaking your mind isn’t a right exclusive to you. We all get to do that.

Remember this is not really a bio-pharmacy company..they are just trying to make money and possible sell. So if unhappy leave, honestly you would be better to leave if you and your family rely on this job for primary support. At anytime they can go away. Be smart move on

Which company isn’t trying to make money? And, what happens if we sold? Why would that mean I lose my job? We sold before, and I’m still here. And, newsflash for you—ANY job can go away at any time. I like working here, so I think I’ll stay.
 






There is difference between a company that has one product, a revolving door of sales team and job stability to one that has a multiple platform pipeline, a senior stable (happy) sales force and compensation that is equal to or better then others. If you wish to stay great, but there are individuals who cannot afford to lose their jobs. I bet you are one of those individuals who are just taking the salary, never really succeed and happy to get by. However that will catch-up with you and additional you are bringing down your team but based on your comments really do not care. So, I am asking in behalf of your team. leave .

Yeah, Pfizer, BMS, Novo Nordisk, GSK …those guys NEVER cut jobs, do they? And, if you’re not happy here, then feel free to get out. Not sure why you have to try and spread false gloom and doom on your way out the door. Just take the fuck off to your new utopia of a company that will never cut jobs, pays two times the salary, and has an amazing culture. I’m sure fantasyland will be an amazing experience for you.
