Please explain why you'd deserve severance when you're leaving on your own.

Long term disaster when the next company does a background check and sees you're double dipping. Not only unethical and greedy but flat stupid.

Unethical is laying off unexpectedly without warning and you are in the Top 10% of the salesforce. You’d be stupid to leave a severance when the WARN act can go into effect anyday and that “stay at home until you hear from your manager” email goes out. Laying off unexpectedly? You must not be in tune with the company’s financial situation. No one owes you a job. Especially a company that can’t afford it.. I know ur type. Lazy, fat and stupid. Prolly white dude too lols

Nope. Kevin Won't layoff anyone. It's easier to just let the talent walk away on its own after it gets fed up dealing with the overpaid lazy idiots here.

They do layoff qualified technical people. People who have been laid off are people who are a threat to the current junk in management (or their boyfriends), out of San Diego, Massachusetts and even Seattle. The cost cutting savings are then applied towards promoting worthless junk in management like Jorge Garces, Amin Mazloom etc. When you see the next idiot post on LinkedIn where someone announces that have been promoted to a VP, SVP etc., you know that these ‘things’ are the ones in the ‘Club’.
