Anyone have any idea why Colletti hired such idiots for the KAM position?

Apostle made him hire his Astellas cronies. Not his fault. Not those KAMs fault either. None have ever sold in schizophrenia or addiction space. Add that to the fact the position is not needed and you get the laughing stock of the company sales team. Someone will eventually find out and they will go the way of the FRMs and the hospital team. All the KAMs know it too. They're all looking for new jobs.

Yes. Plus I like 25% didn’t get bonuses last quarter. So 50% of the sales force missed a bonus. It’d be one thing if it happened company wise due to cutbacks because of the pandemic.

but they paid bonuses to HBM’s and yes, KAMS, who didn’t do shit but make occasional phone calls, while half the sales force...who were out risking infection, seeing customers, driving business or saving it from bigger losses...missed at least one bonus. If you are anywhere in leadership you don’t let this happen. You don’t let the decision be made. You pound the table. It’s a f*%#ing global pandemic...not to mention KAMS got a guaranteed bonus.

It’s pitiful reading these vile attacks. Aren’t those of you posting this just remotely thankful you still have a job? You keep throwing up the pandemic as an excuse for not making bonus, or finger pointing at others in positions you’ve never held obviously. Do you even consider the thousands who lost their jobs while you were paid full salary and bonus in the beginning of this pandemic to sit home and jump on calls? Ya all better check yourselves. We’re the lucky ones. If those posting this filth are proud, I can only imagine how convincing you are when attempting to exhibit concern and compassion for your customers who ARE actually on the front lines working in this crisis, or the patients we serve who are mentally ill and/or addicted. People with such hate have no place working in this space. Please leave. You’re not fooling anyone. People know who the cancers are.
