Did you see the RTKBPL post? Read it, it explains how these things are done. The insiders cant sell at will, they have to schedule sales ande such.

You don't think the authorities look at these things under a microscope? Oh yeah, the conspiracy theory needs to play out.....they are on the take and DE paid them off handsomely with part of his profits!

I guess the fact that I sold all my stock and cashed in some options @ 64.25 makes me a criminal as well?? No, just a well educated and market savvy (and somewhat lucky at times) investor.
