The strategic plan as you call it was based on mediocre products led by leaders more interested in their own advancement and aggrandizement vs doing what needed to be done.

Part of a CEOs job is to manage the external environment as well as the internal. Repeat Ronnie has failed twice. It is documented. Your musings are just excuses.

Reverse splits jacked share price - that attracted new investers, the Golden PipeLine not public knowledge - had many secret new products, the IP was poorly handled -by Intern errors! Also the negative post on CP hurt shareprice, as well errors by our LS in market planning for third world PD medication demand! Yes also many external issue like the Covid, open borders, inflation, high interest rate, shortage of labor hurt the Strategic Plan execution. A case study for MBA or Phd will be developed to show how Mensa Dr RC got shafted!

Good point. Bottom Line - Dr Cohen got blindsighted by the interns who did sloppy work and Dr Cohens staff did not manage them properly. We now know the rest of the story and see why Dr Cohen is so highly regarded in the bio pharma world. Kudos Dr Cohen !!
