it's been quiet about this project.
i got my info and it indicates the interview is w/2 janssen
RBD's. I thought the interview would be w/ the janssen dsm who wld potentially be
my boss and an RBD.

Why 2 RBD's (or is this what janssen calls their mgr's?)

DM's are managers, RBD= regional business director. They must not trust DM's anymore.

Interviewed with quintiles recruiter today... The process will conclude rather quickly, second interview and then Regional on next week If selected . Good luck!

the recruiter i hv been working with thru this process has been wonderful and things did move quickly, no waiting around wondering. i hope you find the same should you move forward too. best of luck.

Many thanks! I have over 11 years exp... I understand what the market dictates now and I will probably have to reinvent myself. I would be greatful if I get this one though.

Careful, these jobs are a joke and you will be treated like a step child by Jansen.

Who cares? If I get this position after being out of work for a year
they can treat me like a red haired step child. The least amt of base I can be
offered is $75K and it could be as much as $85K. So really.. give me the job and if
I am treated like crap I just don;t care as at least I will be working and hv a paychk coming in.

I don't think a 95k base salary, calling on only specialty, and being brought in to save the drug constitutes being treated like a step child.

I wish it were 95K base but it's between 75K and the 80K's w/ 20K bonus which is so great!
You add in the mileage per month reimbursement minus gas etc, cost of benefits and it is hard to look at this position and say I don;t want it- in this economy and industry?

I will keep you posted, recruiter claimed he would let me know by today if I will move on next week. I have already taken the ddi behavioral phone screen.

What happened? Did you hear from the recruiter? I am sure if you were given the DDI you did well. Are you flying out next week for your first interview?

What are you talking about 75-80k. It's supposed to be 90-95 with 20 on bonus. Did you not make more than 80k at your last job?

yes I made more than 80K.
At the interview w/ the Quintiles mgr prior to the final one
I am going to this week he went over all details of position again
like benefits, salary etc. It is same as what I was told by recruiter in
November, $75K-mid 80's with 20K bonus.
No car or gas card- .055 per mi. based on territories mgr told me the exp
rpts seen averaged $1300 a month reimbursement.
that's what I know to be true up to this point.
