Cluster's base salary and bonus for mid level PHR

Got a call for PHR Cluster 2 position. How much are you all making in Cluster's 2 PC division mid-level experience base, average bonus?

I'm assuming the bonus is about $25k/yr for primary care clusters?

My salary, 17 yrs in, is 175 k. bonuses average 25-35k

I'm at $160k after 7 years.

What's a realistic base for somebody comin in with about 9 or 10 yrs pharma experience? Cluster 2 from what someone said in another thread r primary care productst so what's the average bonus?

$60 to $80, 100% at bonus $23 or so. Average bonus is much less. Probably $12k.

Oh, yeah, I am. And I’m underpaid. The person with 7/160 k has me beat. That’s the bullshit with Pfizer.

seems awfully low for the products they sell... Sellin PC too but making over $100k base n our division doesnt do as well as this cluster. Responses above sound like entry level pay.. I would run if that’s the case
