It's just another pathetic example of how B&L has put people in positions that have no business being in leadership roles. If we had to grade Yolanda's best attempt on a scale of 1 to 10 there is not question the number wouldn't be higher than a 3. Her value after the company breakup will become as clear as day. You can bet the ranch she will be let go unless they can find a entry level rep position for her in North Dakoda.

Couldn't more. How she made it past a sales rep level is beyond comprehension. Each and every time we are on a call with her my phone explodes with how utterly horrible she is. Even our district manager says joins in.
 






Just think of the upper management replacements as well as product managers who have been replaced by complete and utter MORONS : Ray Larwood replaced by Brent , Tracy Volari replaced by Loony Tunes Yolanda! The product managers have been a disaster too( Our pretty horsey on the front of most important detail drug :Vyzulta and now a freaking Bug Zapper on the front of our Besivance detail piece! Dumbed down primary type info to show Drs and staff!! Minimal clinical info to present ! When you have 5 year old and older data ,I guess you put spin on this shit show ,Just like Jen Psaki does for this brain dead POTUS we have running down our country now!

Lets be honest both Dorethea and Yolanda possess bottom of the toilet bowl leadership skills, everyone knows that. When the company breaks away from BHC and B&L is eventually sold these two turds will be washed down the drain and never heard from again.
