Why so defensive? The truth hurts. Genoptix is now 7 years straight of declining revenue. That doesn't concern you? I guess I wouldn't be concerned either if I continued to lose business and get paid for it. Where else would this happen. LH - great business model paying out the people who are losing the most business.

This person knows nothing. Every board has these people that speculate and try to make other employees nervous. They are lame attention seekers. The wheels fell off Genoptix in 2011 and it is has been broken ever since. To all of the slackards who stuck around hopefully you get what you deserve. Anyone reviewing your resume has to consider you bottom feeder material at this point.

Don't feel sorry -- they traded their sales record and reputation for guaranteed payments via re-budgeting. They'll be uncovered in the interview process that "results" were smoke and mirrors at best.
