Clear Outcomes Results. Stock responds negatively

There was a clear overreaction in the marketplace based upon the Merck data. Granted, that data looks pretty good, but let’s keep in mind, A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. We got a great asset today and some really solid data now going forward. I look for some significant upside from here, we do better and we go higher.

It was only a matter of time before you came on here and tried to polish this turd. So now it's Mercks fault? Why didn't you just blame covid like you've been doing for 3 years. The market wanted bigger reductions!! This just didn't work out. Today was about dumping the stock and shorting it. Make a few bucks on the way out. Simple as that. There's smarter people on Wall Street than are in Ann Arbor sitting on that board who wanted no part of this company.

After Esperion was taken to the woodshed in yesterday's slaughter the stock is still stumbling. Again the investment community and Wall Street aren't impressed with 13%. It was a good try though.

We finished at $4.90. Not good especially when this going to be a breakthrough week for us. The buzz of New Orleans isn't going to help or that race car either. This will probably being a small nitch product moving forward.

Maybe so but enough to drive sales?? Making 50 million a year won't cut it with the debt. This isn't the government where you can raise the debt ceiling whenever you want. There wasn't a buzz in New Orleans despite the effort to make this look like a huge success. A great deal of wordsmithing and over the top optimism only goes so far. Not trying to be negative but I can't see my docs jumping for joy when they see me in the office

The rubber meets the road ( play on race car endorsement ) when Physicians write scripts. All the cheerleading at ACC is just that. Cheerleading.

When they are back in their practices they will find the conversation about recommending BA to their patients, difficult.

Hearing some good news from docs based on data. Looks like we have additional endorsements coming as the ramp up continues. This is a good place to be, lots of upside in the foreseeable future.

Mr. Sunshine is back in full swing. Docs are smirking again like they did in 2020. My docs have said data okay... not earth shattering. But no.. won't change their current prescribing habits. This isn't a great place to be and everyone's job just got that much harder with this skeleton crew of a salesforce trying to make this a billion dollar drug.

Yes and the stock and the market continue to respond negatively about the last 3 years. I hear they let Sheldon take the race car out for a few laps and he put it into the wall on Turn 1. Pretty much like what's happened to Esperion since Day 1. There's no upside just upside down like how Sheldon ended up in Turn 1.
