its the weekend and I don't care. since nobody is saying anything about the financials, i'll say it. we're still is the red and burning money. but they tell us it's the second highest revenue quarter on record. hahahaha with an expectation to hit 30% growth this year by simply penetrating our sales territories, how...wait...what?!?!? it's a joke. leadership here is the absolute worst.
 






This company is toast: 18 mos. - 2 years max and it is gone. Bankruptcy or Buyout. But who is going to buy this company!
1) PDT has been around 20+ years and it’s 2%’of the market.
2). Most doctors who have never done PDT, in 20 years, will not do it.
3) ASP: reimbursement has been under water since April 1 and will continue for quarters to come if these morons increase the price Jan 1.
EM, DW, MB, HL have no idea how to grow the company organically, they are looking at price increases and the “Buy In” to grow revenues… hello, that only works so many times!
4) DEBT! Private placements alone equal the 2021 revenue. So far in the 1st half BFRI has done $14 million. 5). BFRI has about $30 million cash on hand. How far do they think they will go!
6). The stock spent about a week under $1, once Q3 comes out it drops. They issue more debt via private placements the price goes even lower because at best this company will do maybe $30 million, this year.
7) 30 consecutive days under a dollar it’s hello penny stock status because the Nasdaq will boot them, then it’s off to the OTC and it’s not going to be pretty trying to raise money to stay afloat…
8) only criteria for promotion is PC, which is why the company has the people it has running the show. You don’t even have to have a profitable region or hit goals. RA, really, promoted. How many years at BFRI and your region hasn’t managed to make a profit??? MB, gets promoted from field manager, managing 8 reps and now he is running a company.. really? Then promotes himself to VP for what, not hitting goal and not becoming profitable… story is similar for DW! Worse for EM, what qualifies her for CEO? What have you led?

if investors new the real back story this company would never raise another dime
