I don't think anyone actually got terminated. It appears as though everyone has complied. People on my team who were against it, realized unemployment was worse than the shot. Class action lawsuit is a losing battle and only the lawyers get rewarded.
 












i personally know 3 who received a call from HR saying that today is the last day to comply, when they told the HR rep on the phone no they were told they are terminated as of that day.

Sue Syneos and sue the HR person who terminated you. Many people were terminated. Many, illegal mistakes were made along the way.

I was terminated due to not vaxing on 1/31. I’m not listing identifiable info, but if you have some other way to connect, let me know. I’ve got lots of documentation.

Anyone recognize this? 26:5? That Proverbial advice fits many here.
But I don't expect any who commented here to recognize any of those Chapters in that Book. How many who post here have read with understanding any of the Words in that Book?
From the attitudes demonstrated herein, you folks care not for the welfare of your community (or yourselves)!

I know of at least 15 people let go from Syneos despite having approved medical or religious exemptions.

These legal groups are representing people being terminated under religious discrimination: AllianceDefending Freedom, Thomas More Society and Liberty Counsel

Check out the website for Liberty Counsel. Follow the steps they lay out to get prepared for a lawsuit. If enough people in this situation come together, one of these three firms might be the right one to help.

do you know when they applied/received exemption and when it was taken away?
 




Companies like Syneos have rights, but not the right to discriminate against you for your religious beliefs or your medical status. EEOC. Post something in this thread that allows me to get in touch with you if you want to connect with others in your same situation. Syneos already knows who they fired, so you are not unknown to them.

I can't imagine the mindset of people who post things like this. People with legitimate medical/religious exemptions were fired because they can't get a vaccine that doesn't even stop transmission in the work place. This has absolutely nothing to do with politics and everything to do with workers' rights. You can laugh and mock now, but things like this will keep happening with different health and social issues until there are lawsuits to stop it.
