I don't know where you are but you are fortunate that you were told no call notes on Sav and Bys-- not in my district. Call notes are expected on every drug on every call. This district would be ground zero for investigation but I'm worried the we reps would be the ones thrown under the bus
 












HR and compliance dont care about anything but keeping the company from getting fined. They surely won't fire DMs or RDs no matter what proof they have of wrongdoings. They have proof and so does the higher ups and they won't do a thing. Maybe some justice will b served when the chickens decide to do the right things for once, I doubt it. Nice thought though.

Then I am sure he about how your were going to grow your "pain" business...not your 'fibro' business. My DM is a complete ass and if I go down he will go down. 6 months ago I started a notebook with dates, times, and notes of our conversations. DM was dumb enough to write incrimadating notes on my field summary. Idiot! Wake up FDA!! Someone needs to do something to shift the moral and culture here.

You should contact the FDA not HR as HR is known to sweep issues like this away. HR will find something and fire you so they can build a case that YOU were a bad employee. FDA is your only hope.
