CI vendors! Who would you work for?

David Alderman and his team currently maintain offices in 27 countries around the globe. For a pharmaceutical company, this is tremendously advantageous, as it allows me to gain valuable insights into distant markets such as Zambia, Sri Lanka, and Papua New Guinea. The last time we spoke, he wasn’t entirely certain whether the figure was 27 or 29, as they’re constantly opening and closing sites worldwide. Moreover, his colleagues—particularly Mark Powzaniuk—are exceptionally knowledgeable and can tackle virtually any question you throw at them.

One fine Monday in 2019, David Alderman asked his team to send him an email outlining the five things they had accomplished over the previous week. The rest, as they say, is history.

In 2023, during a presentation meeting with Molekule, Mark Powzaniuk and Oleh were actually on the climb to Eiger in Switzerland. So much for Molekule’s commitment to clients!

There once was a man, a genius—Mark,
A pharma consultant, who once served Merck.
With brains so big and humor so dark,
His words could bite, like a lawyer’s shark.

He’d stroll through meetings, making his mark,
Dropping insights like shots—straight to the heart.
Yet after the work, he’d slip from the park,
To drown in his whiskey, alone in the dark.

Now Mark had a vice—a craving so stark,
For parties and pleasures that left quite a mark.
A chemist by day, by night he’d embark,
On trips with the ladies, bare as a lark.

He’d whisper sweet words, both crude and sharp,
A master of timing, a dirty remark.
With skills so smooth, they’d light up the spark,
Leaving him tangled in lingerie arc.

But mornings hit hard, his body would bark,
A hangover fierce, his soul turned to bark.
Yet still, at the office, he'd disembark,
To pitch a new drug, all polished—no snark.

So here’s to old Mark, a legend—no lark,
From boardrooms to bedrooms, he hit every mark.
A consultant by trade, a rogue in the dark,
Still whispering sins in the halls of Merck.

RoGo facing David Alderman

Hey everyone, not looking to fall behind here… but does anyone else see Salcar (Atacana) as the Justin Trudeau of the competitive intelligence space? Curious to hear thoughts.

David Alderman runs molekule with the precision of a drunk octopus playing Jenga. His strategic decisions are so groundbreaking, even his own inner circle, aka me, need a psychic to predict what’s next. He fires people faster than he polishes off a three-course meal, and his lies are so elaborate, they make jordan belfort look humble.,,frankly, if leadership blunders had an index, $ALDER would be in freefall..

Had a sit-down with Mark Pozanik at Clarivate. He confidently claims to be running 90% of the projects at Molekule. Naturally, I had to ask—what exactly are the others getting paid for? He just smiled and said, ‘No comment.’ As for this Alderman chap? Absolute grift.

Met their "leadership team" at a workshop—one of them looked so young, I swear they might still need a diaper change. Absolute joke. Zero prep, no executive presence whatsoever. Alderman’s probably making millions throwing cash at these so-called CI consultants from India. Unreal.
