Some are nice people, they just are NOT qualified for the role.

It's all about the cash. The Swiss do not care about our leadership in the USA. Bill Anderson agrees to bring in a certain number in profitability during his meetings in Switzerland with the Roche Board, and that is how it rolls. Our issues and mantra "It's about the patient" are BS. It's not about the patient, except if you are a COS or CS with a heart; otherwise it is all about the cash. Roche Holding is a privately held company; the descendants of the founding Hoffmann and Oeri families are not in it to lose money.

Too true but if the sales force is miserable the cash gets squeezed.

The Swiss could care less about arrogant Americans! Care about the patient, my ass haha. Look at world war 2 and those Swiss ethics taking in and hiding booty stolen from gassed and slaughtered innocent families. The Swiss like everyone else knew for years what they did and just enjoyed the fruits of the dead's lifetime of labor. Thats the Swiss!
 






CO is a mean little smurf! The Swiss are greedy, but, you can choose to be ethical.

My choice: Earn my paycheck, serve customers, be a good teammate, and help patients. Sleep better at night.

She was always nice, accomplished what Troy Cox needed, and didn’t causing any real damage to the organization. Fit the bill for diversity and she was easy on the eyes... big pllus in my book that she had a nice butt!

I also liked her Range Rover!
 






























If this mess of a reorganization was spearheaded by BA, then Severin should fire home right now. If he did not, he needs to come back and lead the current crew to do this in a way that will not sink the US for years to come. This smells of a complete unmitigated flop.
