Gone are the days of Managers sending you a gift card, Corporate letting employees off early or even including a token of appreciation in your last paycheck. But they will tell you they had a great year financially. Bah humbug

I just want the time off between Christmas and New Year’s like every other company, including the one we’re contraced with! But no, Ashfield/“Inizio” has to milk very last penny out of us to meet metrics
