Compliance department is simply terrible. My coworker has to ride with a compliance officer soon. Don't they understand this simply breeds an untrusting company culture? This is a great example of what makes this company so awful to work for.

Also, compliance officer does not ride with KAM's? They are off limits? Talk about double standard. The KAM's need to be called out. TBS's do all the work. Our team KAM couldn't tell you about any targets of HCP's in most hospitals. How is this okay?
 












Compliance is in our cars. They are at our dinners. They’re on our conference calls. At our meetings. If you don’t think this is overkill then you obviously aren’t the ones dealing with it!! If home office is wondering one of the main reasons the field is miserable, look no further than compliance. Many of us come from what’s considered in the industry to be overly compliant companies, and it’s nothing compared to the Big Brother tactics we’re dealing with here.

I agree as well. One of many problems is that ass Darryl. I told my husband he must have a teeny tiny one. People like that constantly go overboard to justify their jobs and make themselves feel so important. The rest of leadership just leads with a blind eye. Absolutely ridiculous. I hate working under such distrusting and highly disturbing conditions.
