Honestly I cant think of a team that is currently fully staffed. Flc was put on hold...hmmmm. I know my manager is interviewing but you have to be desperate to say yes to 54k with no job security.

Only a scant few people have been doing really well in Chicago region, in fact they've been having historically good (for them) quarters. Everyone else (I mean, EVERYONE) has fallen far back compared to past performance.
