Say what you want but the old saying "you don't know what you have until it's gone" rings true. CES wasn't perfect, but she was HUMAN. Kk is a micromanaging ROBOT. You are just a number to her. No personality what's so ever. The meeting was the most boring thing I have ever seen and other then the development work shops, I took away nothing new. First time ever in over 10 years with Shire.
 






Everyone can say what they want but we weren't sold down the river back then. KK and PS have as their track record being able to follow FO without building anything. I admit I used to have some complaints but now- holy Toledo- what was I thinking !

I know. She was so good that Vyvanse was flat for years. She was awesome. She and her crew had all the answers. Jeans at meeting, reward points instead of cash bonuses. She was great. Thought we were dumb enough to believe that the industry didn't pay big bonuses. Created a heard dumbed down company and you guys bashing people who demaied accountability micro managers prove it. This company was lost years ago!

And what numbers are you looking at? Shire was successful all along and our new "leaders" stepped in at the right time to gain millions off the backs of those who came before them.

As far as I'm concerned they can go micromanage my nutsack

All I know is the moral was high, bonus was flowing, meetings were rockin', I felt appreciated and I worked my butt off under the old leadership. Within months moral is lower than I have ever seen at Shire and managers are grumpier than ever due to all the micromanaging. I see that the sales force KK left felt the same, so one can only assume the only connection is KK.

It absolutely is KK that is driving down moral and its all thanks to Perry knowing exactly what he was doing by bringing her in. Their focus on "execution" is a sham for getting the most out the sales force by any means and reaping the rewards as they exit the building. Their ONLY interest right now is hitting our number as this deal finalizes. They don't give 2 s#*@$ about any of our futures, they have no souls. Our leadership - and lack there of - is a complete farce and they are a major FAIL.
