Solstas is on the move and in everyone of our Conference Attrition calls.

They are kicking our butt and I am thinking of joining them too.

All we are doing is re-arranging chairs on the Titanic !

I will miss the "singer". Good guy and well liked by all. I understand his frustrations with LCA but question why he would go to Solstas. They have been selling in my area of the world with lies and deceit. Again, I understand leaving LCA, but I'm not sure Solstas is the correct road out of LCA. I wish nothing but the best for the "singer" from Chattanooga.

I have to call you our on the lies. I work for Solstas and that is not how we sell, in fact we are told to take the high road every time. You may run into a Sales rep that does things differently, but as a whole we do not allow that type of behavior.

All of us in Sales are just trying to take care of our families. Something that I did not see when at LabCorp. ( At least from Upper Management ) Lots of good folks in the Sales Department.

I am glad to hear that there are quality ethical reps out there with Solstas. As I said the lies and deceit are in my little part of the world hopefully Solstas mgmt learns about the bad ones and trains them or replaces them with quality reps. I enjoy fair competition, but I can not stand the few scummy ones.
