Look we already know the eventual outcome because anyone who’s been here long enough knows the only constant is change for sales. The company is in dire straits. The market has lost confidence for now. Kevin is insane. Gute dgaf about anyone but himself and isn’t smart enough anyway to right size the ship. Rumor is 2.0 is a commercial cluster and meanwhile competition ramping up. Get in your free car and drive around for 4 hours a day or go rep in pharma where they’ll make you log 8 calls a day and actually work full days. So they’re keeping poor performers to PIP them out? That makes no fucking sense. Fire poor performers, keep top performers and you’ll save money on employees and make money from sales instead of constantly replacing poor performers with more poor performers. Doesn’t matter though because this period is what’s called panic and within 6 months Gute will be replaced and some other moron will take us in whatever direction Kevin’s whims flow.
 




One of the interesting things about working at exact is the constant rotating cast of characters at Gutes level. Really never seen anything like it, anywhere. How many have there been in the last 4 years? 6 or 7?
 








I always thought exact was just a layover for most of them until they found something where they wouldn’t have to commute to Madison. Very few of these people lived in Madison, correct?
