Changes in the field today

RBD in Cleveland didn’t have enough reps. for him to manage because most of them left already this year, last year and the year before. Had one of the highest turnover in all of Cardio. and you would have thought HR would have noticed something and acted.

He will probably be promoted for getting rid of people or forcing them out. Turnover is a positive at AZ. Got it?

LOL, manager in Cardio that got demoted in the OV, you managed me in Columbus and you were the worst. Please do yourself and those at the table you are eating with and remove your plates, spoons, cups and napkins when you get up and leave the table as we were sick and tired of having to remove your shit after you ate. What, didn't your mother teach you that or were you a spoon fed doctors son with no idea on how to act without mommy? Now go and bang on the drum set loser!

He’s a good family man. Just in over his head as a manager. That and the fact that that district gets boned by the way incentive plan is set up. They have high volume for all metrics which is hard to grow @30%. Led the pack early

it’s only a matter of time (Q3) How long can respiratory hang on? The “changes “ are going to be the bottom 20% , which will all be symbicort, Bevespi, and Dali reps.

How does it make sense that it’s an even playing field when it comes to rankings? I would like to know who makes the weighting decisions.

Not necessarily. Q2 has those Farxiga reps being 100% Symbicort for COE. So, if Symbicort ain't cutting it, they will end up in bottom 20%. FSIP is different but that HF crap doesn't count towards COE. In my district, based on Symbicort in their territory, they have to be worried.

Where did you get that information from?

Talk to your DSM. Ours actually tells us things

Our DSM is on tour with Spyro Gyra he's the bus driver, bag handler and back up to the back up to the back up drummer. If you ask him something like what color is green grass his reply would be corn beef on rye.

You are lucky to have a manager that knows how to communicate. Is pot legal in your state like it is in ours? We think our DSM is one toke over the road and one toke over the line.

Ask your DSM, how can we ask him when he acts like he’s stoned all the time? He was the drummer for Cheech and Chong back when they were touring their hit song “Earache in My Eye”.

The song by Cheech and Chong was called, “Earache? My Eye!” not “Earache in My Eye”. Keep this stuff coming this was some funny shit man.

Right!!? Huge loss for AZ. Rod was a great leader

was a nice dude the time or two I was around him. But seriously, 1 to 1-1/2 yrs at every position. What kind of impact can anyone have JOB HOPPING every 18 mos? As soon as you get in and get up and running, you are off to another position!? Probably running from the impending liraglutide that will kill most current T2D agents

Exactly right. The company has been hijacked by foreign idiots. They have very little clues on how to run AZ. Just drive it into the ground and pull the parachutes before crashing. The board is just as incapable of effective management as the SSLT, let frenchy blow smoke up their A$$. About how great everything is. Rod was a great leader who was smart on top of everything else. He just didn't kiss A$$ enough. Sad day AZ.
