Yes. Not sure about dsm but changes to roles and geographies at the territory and district level. I'm sure some accounts accustomed to the same rep (s) for past 8 years will not be happy to have new reps .Looks like we outsourced to ZS with little regard to the local input. Someone just looked at a map and HCPs and drew new lines

Heard Cleveland DSM in Cardio. was demoted to field.

Cleveland DSM should have been fired under previous CBD for high turnover and poor performance/HR complaints but he's still here. Why do people like that get put into leadership roles is part of the culture problems here, managers unfit to manage somehow become managers and the cycle continues.

Physicians don't really care. They are use to new reps coming all the time. After 8 years it may be time for a new face.
 




Ummm no, in some circumstances. For the rep that has Good, long standing relationships, not a good idea. Docs dont want a newbie questioning them with ridiculous reduntant marketing questions. Get real.

On the renal side we heard there were cardio DSM's that were head cases and to avoid any interaction with managers when we were collaborating with Cardiology. Guess this fella who was demoted will now have to eat humble pie and be the equal of those he once managed, like a cop being busted and thrown into jail full of inmates he arrested. Some advice just don't drop the soap in the shower.

“For the rep that has good, long standing relationships...”. Give me a break. This is one of the problems here at AZ. Reps who think that sales numbers are all because of their relationships, and love to brag about it to counterparts. They don’t think twice about making sure these counterparts feel indebted for the bonus they’re getting. Insecurity at its best.

Please do yourself and those at the table you are eating with and remove your plates, spoons, cups and napkins when you get up and leave the table as we were sick and tired of having to remove your shit after you ate. What, didn't your mother teach you that or were you a spoon fed doctors son with no idea on how to act without mommy? Now go and bang on the drum set loser!

OMG, was this guy a manager at AZ really? How did you survive? Who was responsible for making him responsible for leading, they should have also been demoted. Bang on the drums? Help us understand that trait so we can ridicule even further. So ready!

Yes, really! You will have to vacuum your car out after a field ride with all of the finger nail pieces he spits out on your carpeting, just a gross person who has no concept of his own self awareness. Sorry for your region that you had to deal with that kind of RBD, wasn’t there an intervention plan in place to help him improve? We all know there are a lot of fake people around here that do a good job of masking skill sets to make oneself be better than they really are but sounds like this fella was just are not all there in the head. No one should have to have a manager like how this guy is being described. We know if HR was contacted and behavior patterns persisted then he should have been dealt with long ago.

I’ve been here a long time and have experienced far worse managers than this guy who needs a hygienist to sharpen the rough edges. Try having you’re manager ride with you every 2 weeks seeing the same customers over and over till the customers become confused to who is the rep or who is the manager. Don’t blame the manager but blame the AZ way of micromanaging till either the customer says enough is enough and refuse to see you or your manager or the rep. resigns.
 




RBD in Cleveland didn’t have enough reps. for him to manage because most of them left already this year, last year and the year before. Had one of the highest turnover in all of Cardio. and you would have thought HR would have noticed something and acted.

Knowing that what’s going on here isn’t normal in pharma sales and contributes towards prolonging a negative image of working at AZ. In order to survive within the AZ Cult you tell managers what they want to hear and the game continues.
