Heard rumors there were some changes made affecting the field today on the CV side..heard of at least 1 DSM displaced. Any truth to the rumors?
Yes. Not sure about dsm but changes to roles and geographies at the territory and district level. I'm sure some accounts accustomed to the same rep (s) for past 8 years will not be happy to have new reps .Looks like we outsourced to ZS with little regard to the local input. Someone just looked at a map and HCPs and drew new lines

Cleveland DSM should have been fired under previous CBD for high turnover and poor performance/HR complaints but he's still here. Why do people like that get put into leadership roles is part of the culture problems here, managers unfit to manage somehow become managers and the cycle continues.

Reps who think that sales numbers are all because of their relationships, and love to brag about it to counterparts. They don’t think twice about making sure these counterparts feel indebted for the bonus they’re getting. Insecurity at its best.Ummm no, in some circumstances. For the rep that has Good, long standing relationships, not a good idea. Docs dont want a newbie questioning them with ridiculous reduntant marketing questions. Get real.
On the renal side we heard there were cardio DSM's that were head cases and to avoid any interaction with managers when we were collaborating with Cardiology. Guess this fella who was demoted will now have to eat humble pie and be the equal of those he once managed, like a cop being busted and thrown into jail full of inmates he arrested. Some advice just don't drop the soap in the shower.

Yes, really! Sorry for your region that you had to deal with that kind of RBD, wasn’t there an intervention plan in place to help him improve? We all know there are a lot of fake people around here that do a good job of masking skill sets to make oneself be better than they really are but sounds like this fella was just are not all there in the head.
