What a shit show.

President's Club is going to be during Spring Break 2018 for 4-5 days. Not even a 5 Star Resort or somplace nice (no connecting flights only direct flights). Probably be the Miami Airport Courtyard or a hotel in shit downtown Miami. The banquet dinner will probably be at the corporate office to save money and COACH seats on your flight to Miami. The single people won't be able to take their flavor of the month because it is limited to Spouses/Significant Others. The RSS with KOL/Speakers will be able to fight for the Top 2 positions per district. If you don't have a speaker, you don't stand a chance.

The Q2 comp plan basically proves that I won't be able to make any money. No one is near the minimum requirement of 52 scripts to make ANY type of payout.
The President's Club trip is a joke.
The Q1 comp plan was a waste of time.
Maybe I can use my sick days and not attend the meeting in Miami. It is going to be SO miserable and depressing.
I just can't deal with the lies anymore.
 






The top person generated less than 50 prescriptions. Will the "75 prescription" target be lowered? Instead of making $7500.00 per quarter, it looks like most reps will only make $5k per quarter. WOW - a lot of work for only $5k.

Carnival Cruise out of Miami to the Bahamas in an Inside Cabin with 6:30pm group dinner seating. Instead of the "Free Drinks" they chose the "Gratuity Included" option because it saves them money. Dr. Frost doesn't want employees to have fun so no real drinks allowed.

Are you fucking kidding me - Amelia Island, Fl. for President's Club trip??
A 4 1/2 star hotel according to Trip Advisor.
Who cares if JnJ just went there? They are big pharma and probably took 35 people. There is a reason that WE don't work for big pharma. 4 days and 3 nights - wow, this startup is really showing their appreciation for OUR hard work. Horrible compensation plan. Crappy stock options. Crappy car allowance. Not one person made a 100% payout in Q1.
Managed care coverage sucks and is the reason our numbers suck. So now WE are penalized with a Crappy Awards trip.
Do you REALLY think I am going to refer people to this cheap ass company?

. I'd be happy to take the trip. Besides it is really a business trip with all of the required politicking that goes with it. Want to go someplace more exotic? Save your money and do it on your own terms. Stop being such a crybaby.

With a 3k bonus check, I can't even afford that Crappy hotel. A room is $299.00 per night. Don't act as though this is a special treat or a good thing. It's just another lie from a cheap company. WE wok so hard to get a prescription and put up with so much crap that this trip is an insult to the hard working reps that are trying to make this drug a success. Most reps won't think of a trip to north Florida as an "exciting, popular location" and the trip isn't for "4 - 5 days" as mentioned in the comp. plan. Just another lie added to the "uncapped" comp plan lies. Very sad.

Harvey and Melissa are the reason our script numbers suck. Added up all of the closed cases "hcp/patient choice" on the OC report. Those were scripts that went in and were not covered. The RSS did their jobs and generated the scripts. Tweedle Dumb and Tweedle dee are the reason the numbers suck.
 






I am sure that the company got a better rate than $299. per night. After having our NSM at a Hilton location in Orlando and our POA at a Double Tree in Miami, why were you surprised that the President's Club trip was in a remote location in FL? There probably isn't a Hilton, Embassy or Doubletree location in Ameila Island. Frost is probably using Hilton points to pay for the Awards trip. It will save the company travel money if all the corporate people (Bishop/Tom/Harvey/Melissa/Scott/Ken/Jackie/Beth/Ashqaq/Synthia) travel within FL.
With 10 people from corporate, 2 RSMs, 1 NAM, 1 MSL, 14 RSSs plus their guests, I am sure that they negotiated a $200. per night rate!
 






How do you think the West coast reps feel about having to travel to Ameila Island for a 3 night Awards trip? This cheap company will not pay for FIRST CLASS like most companies. The West coast winners will have to take an all day trip in a MIDDLE SEAT of COACH on SPIRIT AIRLINES which will have 4 connecting flights. It would be acceptable if it were FIRST CLASS but it will be coach in a middle seat. After arriving on Spirit Shit Airlines, late on Monday, the winners will have Monday night to rest up. Tuesday will be a free day. Wednesday will be banquet night. On a plane bright an early Thursday to head back to the West coast in COACH on Spirit Airlines. There is no way they will extend their stay because, even at 200. Per night, the commission checks are so small, who can afford to stay there or who would even want to stay at an Omni?
 












Drop the trip, delay the expansion and put the funds into serious negotiations with payers. As it stands, there are a very few of the thousands of nephs out there willing to RX because Rayaldee is known to be a pain in the ass for reimbursement. And if there is no room for negotiating that indicates some real problems in the business model presented to the board.
