This company is completely unimpressive with their management’s head-games. If this is how they behave when trying to get you to work for them, then I can only imagine how bad they will be when you actually work for them.

That's a good laugh, I completely agree. Most of these positions were filled internally. Total waste of time interviewing candidates two or three times just to hire half the sales force internally. Wish there was a way to just ask that in the beginning of interview process with out getting a bs answer.

It's sad that good reps and managers were let go from Sanofi and were not considered for these positions due to not having "Oncology Experience"

Is not having Oncology experience equate to not having access to your customer? Oncology is also pharma at it's best and worst.

Instead they choose the "safe" decision bringing in management from Genentech that were more busy with where to plan the next management meeting and how to get multiple reps in a territory to play nice in the sandbox.

Lets see how the safe pick does with sales.

Sales were 2nd.
