cell phone searches??? WTF???

Just so you know, text messages are never "deleted" once they are created. They can be deleted from your phone but your wireless provider will have a record of every text and pic (YES PIC) you send. The question is, when do they delete all their stuff? My guess is not very often. This could open up all whole sh#tload of problems for you dirty texters. Whenever you create a message, text, or whatver, ask yourself "would I want my boss, spouse, kids, or parents see what I am creating here?" That's how you should determine what to do!

You better start erasing all those pics of your wife banging that big buck n,igger!! No idea why you like looking at all that goin on, freak!!

This is simple. Use your own cell phone for personal bidness. Let the company pay for a cell for THEIR business. Just never let the numbers cross over. I could never understand the people who would give up their personal phone number just to get a "free" cell phone fron tje company. What happens to you number when you leave?

HA HA HA

There once was a Regional Business Manager for the West out of the Phoenix office who sent dirty pics of himself to the San Diego District Manager - Accompanied by text of what he wanted her to do to him / what he would do to her...

Anyway, he was fired in about 3 seconds flat - It was a huge scandal to say the very least.

circa: 2006

Didn't know about that. Just the crap she sends us referring to joe as an idiot jar head and so on.[/QUOTE]

LOL Too funny! Wish I had read this thread awhile ago. It would have explained some of the Stephens nonsense. Now I get it!

Being a Doctor that some of you call on, it seems to me that I should cut off all communications with Pharma Reps after reading this crap. Good riddance.

Here is a thought: quit complaining about what we do and get spend your energy on the real enemy out there: managed care companies. Until then, go do your callbacks and get our prior auths pushed through.

Thanks for the encouragement, I've already forwarded your companies info to the AMA and requested they review CP to see why detail reps should be done away with...best wishes on those prior auths.

Didn't I stuff you in a locker in high school??? I can see why primary care douches would envy our lifestyle. We work a fraction of the time that you do. Also, the good reps are raking in better money the PC docs. That's not sour grapes talking numbnuts, it's the truth. I suggest that you do a specialty fellowship and become a real doctor. What I'm really saying is stop whining and be a man.

Did you mother use heavy drugs when you were in the woumb or are you sniffing glue daily? WTF does you jerkoff manager running into a parked car (what a numbnuts BTW) have to with illegal confiscation of your cell phone. I assume that you dipshit manager had to explain to DSI and the police why he ran into a parked car. Thats probably why DSI knew he ran into a parked car jerkoff. It's far less likely that DSI contacted his cell phone service and asked them, "was this numbnuts texing when he hit a parked car?" Do you think because DSI pays for your fax machine, they can come into your home and go through your skid-marked underware drawer??? That's nearly as stuipd as giving up your cell phone. Think about it jerkoff! Brave men in this country died to give you these rights. Dont be such a pussy! We live in a democracy, not a dictatorship! YOU REALLY ARE A DICKHEARD IF YOU THINK A COMPANY CAN INVADE YOUR PRIVATE PROPERTY! Don't trust me, do some homework for yourself. You'll thank me for it and possibly you won't be such a class A PUSSY!

We actually live in a constitutional republic not a democracy. But your overall point is correct. Pharma reps are pussies.

oh snap Dr. Dickhead!

i'll put some info out there for you on this subject.

cell phone companies don't save text messages. they only save the numbers that you sent a text too. so there is no way to find out what was actually said unless it's on your phone or the other persons. cell companies will only provide records to the person who's account it is. so if the company wants that info they would have to get a subpeona. and no judge is going to grant it. just because they reimburse you expense wise they have no legal standing to force you to provide any information. they can ask, but you can also say no.

In addition you can password protect your account. So anyone who calls would need an additional password to access your information. Just call up AT&T, Verizon or whoever your carrier is and ask them to password protect you.
