You put people on plans after they spoke up about compliance violations, outright harassment and horrible treatment at work. You came back from LOA and went on a witch hunt. Crazy is a nice way to put it. You made it personal. REALLY personal. And now you are out on your ass. Good.

That manager was awesome. I worked with her and she had to deal with a lot of serious crap! That “Trainer” was a nobody but he really wanted her job? He never even made his goal for all of 2018. The $500 a night girl from Oceanside was always the center of gossip, and wanted the Trainers job. The majority of her business came from one or two “no see” writers. These two colluded with the other two low performers by calling “the anonymous compliance hotline” on a weekly basis with erroneous claims to try and get the manager fired. I have my suspicions that this wasn’t the first time these two behaved the way they did. They seem to be professionals at keeping their jobs by pointing the fingers elsewhere. It got so out of control that HR finally had to have a meeting with the team to tell them to stop calling compliance for erroneous reasons.

They will just continue to do the same if they get new jobs. The other woman in Long Beach also never made her goal for the calendar year. She “quit” for a contract job with much lower pay.

Any hiring manager worth his/her weight need only to ask these individuals for their sales numbers. That’s where it begins and ends.

I know the two reps you are referring to. Both are former Salix employees. They were not asked back because of poor numbers and behavioral issues when they were at Salix. They pulled the same stuff and badmouthed their managers. The female quit because she “couldn’t get along with her female manager”. Her manager was so mean, and a bully and on and on. Sound familiar? Left for a crappy contract job making way less money. Both are unemployed and only have themselves to blame.

Facts don’t have feelings. People over 40 who are still painfully single, no children, not even a pet...need to look at their own pathetic lives instead of blaming everyone else for their shortcomings.
