Casey Anthony trial coming up..

Do either of you find the parents odd..as in really odd? Especially Cindy..the mother? My spidey sense tells me she's aiding and abetting that daughter of hers and has been from the moment she learned her granddaughter was missing. If I were the state, I'd grill her like hamburger...

I think that Max Hardcore is still in jail for tax evasion. I would love one of those where he makes her throw up because his cock is buried so deep in her throat, her eyes watering, and black mascara running. She would probably be into that though.
 






She'll get life without parole. She's too young and the jury will realize that she made a giant fuck-up and that it was not premeditated. Her whole history with her nutty family will come out and the jury will feel sorry for her in the end.

And they can't fry her. We retired Ole Sparky years ago.

If she gets the death penalty and ever gets executed, they'll euthanize her like an animal.

This case has groupies. They've been obsessed with the story from the beginning. I guess many of them are the ones who camped out in the Anthony's yard at the start of it all. Neighbors? They want blood. Very strange..

Apparently, Cindy Anthony participates on different blog sites too, defending her daughter and stirring the pot. Pretty transparent to me it's all in an effort to save her daughter from the needle. She can't be that deluded to think her daughter is entirely innocent. There's too much evidence that points to her guilt..though it's all circumstantial. It wouldn't surprise me if it came out during trial that Cindy had something to do with a cover up. What Grandma would go an entire month without reporting her granddaughter missing? But my real theory is that Casey did it but the death was somehow accidental.

I predict excessive drama at this trial unless the judge sequesters the main family members. Casey's defense team seems pretty aggressive but I agree with you FT, she'll get life - no chance of parole.

What does the Smart family have to do with a family that has harbored a daughter who has been charged with killed their granddaughter?

I'd be wierd too if my daughter was asleep in her bed and was kidnapped, raped continuously by some crazed man and was found 11 months later.

Agree with you T. The entire family KNOWS what happened. This was just a sad case altogether. BTW: accidental - no way. Duct tape, chloroform, hiding the body, lies, mom goes partying after the disappearance etc etc. This woman is a sociopath to the worst degree.

She did but it was odd how that transpired. The car had been abandoned by Casey at some point in June 2008. It was impounded and towed to some holding yard towards the end of June. The parents didn't go get it till mid July. Yet the last time they saw their granddaughter was early in June. I know it was reported that Casey gave them excuse after excuse why they couldn't see Calee but they waited an entire month before reporting her missing? It's obvious why Casey herself didn't report her daughter missing but I think the parents should have called the police a heck of a lot sooner than they did. Only after they opened the doors of the car..and then the trunk where the pungent smell practically knocked them over..did they call police.

Totally a sociopath..to the nth degree for real. Not sure about the chloroform evidence though..lab tests from what I read were inconclusive. Casey said she did a search for chlorophyll not chloroform on her computer. Duct tape was found on the child's mouth but a heart was drawn on the tape in magic marker. What that means I haven't a clue but I'm curious about it. Probably not accidental but you never know. It's a weird ass case for sure. I would love to be a juror!
 






The defense may claim accidental death although that is a long shot b/c Casey could have said that way back. A child goes missing or she kills her 'accidentally' and this nut case goes partying. Sickening. Why waste taxpayer money?
 






There were searches on hard drive about neck breaking and chloroform.....which does seen premeditated....

Chloroform is a by-product of decomposition, which is why that evidence is confusing to some. The lab registered a lot of chloroform, but the defense will dispute it because it is not reliable science yet (meaning been tested multiple times in a court of law or had loads of peer-reviewed journal articles written up). If the defense says that it is not chloroform due to the actual chemical out of a bottle, then they are saying that it was due to decomposition and are acknowledging a dead body in the trunk.

Cindy and George both know that when they picked the car up and smelled it, exactly what happened. They had not seen Caylee, nor did Casey know where she was. They are crazy, but not stupid.

The question is, if you think that your daughter killed her child and you smelled that child's decomposition in the car trunk, would you then backtrack and tell law enforcement that it was a rotting pizza? Would you stand behind your child and back them up no matter what, including lying to law enforcement?
