Third party billing has always been tied to patient billing prices, not client billing prices - at least in my region / division

So you're saying that an account that is 100% client bill gets the exact same pricing as an account that clients bills a test once or twice a month?

I'm sure they could look at every account in your region and see a trend that does not reflect that as being accurate.
 






No, that is not what said. Client pricing will vary from doc to doc based on volume. That is an industry standard. But patient pricing is what is billed to the third party payors and those prices will also be the same price, regardless of volume. Patient pricing is never below payment expected from Medicare
