CAS "directors" need to shrink and/or be eliminated

how about we lower the price to 17 then we don't need cas or contracts! Just saying!

My assigned CAS employee (and I use that lightly because they are not directors) is a complete waste. Doesn't do a damn thing and could never sell the product even if they wanted to. ATTENTION ALL FUTURE EMPLOYERS! PLEASE DONT LET THE TITLE ON THEIR RESUMES FOOL YOU. THEY WERE AND NEVER WILL BE DIRECTORS. SALES REPS DID MORE THAN THEIR SO-CALLED POSITIONS. THESE POSITIONS ARE A JOKE SO DONT THINK FOR ONE SECOND THEY WERE AT A MANAGER LEVEL
 






100% accurate the CAS employees don't do anything:
1. They don't know how to set up their own appointments
2. Many don't even know the product
3. Those that do know the product were just previous sales reps that wanted to escape sales responsibility and the pressure of sales
4. They offer no benefits or services to the hospitals
5. They have no product responsibility therefore can't be measured on performance
6. Their responsibilities could easily be performed by sales reps and are not needed
7. No explanation for the title of director considering they have no subordinates, manage no one, and rely on sales reps for everything
8. They are a burden to the sales reps and generally make the company look bad
9. They have no credentials to warrant a director title
10. Many existing CAS employees don't even have successful track records

Spot on!!! I'm so annoyed at this useless division. I know the DBM's think they are useless as well. It's hard to imagine the money being spent for this useless division. All the positions need to be eliminated and perhaps three positions to handle contracts nationwide.
 


















lower the price to $17 or even $22 makes no sense. None of the last group of president club winners had accounts paying $17or $22. Also look at all the hospital and Ofirmev experience they had. SO lower price means nothing
A price reset would never work unless they made it $29.98 a vial for every customer. The current president club team could handle the increase and we could reach our 280 million goal.
Dont forget the impact that CAS will have too.
