This is such good reading. Keep it up boys. Your providing a ton of great content on CP...Hilarious!
Sure, pharma rep. Enlighten me, dummy. How much have contributed to the P&L? What’s your territory bringing in before and after COGS? What’s the LRS through 2027 how about the LRP? Any Medicaid business? Are they GNUP? How and where are you offsetting URA and SRA? What is the AMP for the SRA?Any CPI penalties on the horizon due to price increases? What assumptions are you making for this year before you forecast your territory’s GTN? You don’t know a damn thing about how this industry works. You’re pathetic.![]()

don’t like itAgain, why don't you guys take this away from our board. As another poster said, "meet at the gym and rub one off on each other".

DM are shit a and provide negative valueBecause that’s what managers do. Bond together like a pack of hyenas because individually you’re weak.
It’s healthy for reps to stand their ground and defend themselves. Just remember, without reps you have no job. Or you’d be a rep yourself which is irony, since you think reps are worthless.
Let me jump in here. Pharma in general is a total scam job across the board whatever your role. However, if we’re strictly talking rep vs mid level field mgmt, no comparison the DM/RM job is the most useless pharma job of any. They serve as senior mgmt lil bitches. All the demeaning and mindless box checking assignments that quite frankly a GED high school drop out do for 30k a year. Now let’s take a look at the customer. Customers disrespect DM//RM more so than the reps and senior mgmt. You see where this is going. Key take away is DM/RM role are all disrespected lil bitches from all parties that they interface with on the job. Senior mgmt, customers and reps ALL recognize that they are annoying useless little drones who don’t ring any value to anyone.

Stop whining about the car allowance. If you don't like it, please go elsewhere. To set the record straight, there are two components. A fixed component, usually around 600-700/month depending on where you live and a variable component usually around .25-.27 a mile. If you are actually leaving your house, driving to customers and logging your miles, you are probably getting reimbursed 1100-1400 a month. You can argue that a company car is still a better deal but its not as bad as stated and you get to pick what you want. There are a lot of things I dislike about the company, but overall when it comes to pay and benefits, Neurocrine is well above average.
You have no idea what you’re talking aboutYes, so you really get $375.00 because it is taxed as INCOME.
A few bones eh pal? out of pocket expenses ain’t cool for most reps especially when it’s over $1000 per month. The base salaries here are average but ain’t that good to absorb car/fuel out of pocket expenses.I really think it’s a good deal because you basically get to drive what you want. OK so it may cost a few bones per month what’s the big deal? I get to drive something that I enjoy and given the fact that we spend a lot of time in our car that’s worth a couple bones a month.
