and to make matters worse marketing is so out of touch. They have absolutely no understanding of what works with doctors or what doesn’t. We have marketing trying to push their team into field positions (unsuccessfully ‘at I add) to try tk be in touch but that is useless. Stop trying to push us to what you think works without any understanding of what it is that works and what HCPs want. So disappointingThis! Spot on!
The entire world has changed dramatically just in the last 5 years, this business has outpaced even that. There is less than 10% of these AGMs that know how to actually survive in an office setting. They are career suck ups who are milking a paycheck. They may speak well and even know the business to a degree, but let’s not kid ourselves, they wouldn't last a week in the field and would consistently rank at the bottom.
