At the end of last quarter, they changed the bonus requirements and then applied them retroactively which screwed us out of $, several SDRs got zero quarterly bonus.

They put lots of SDRs on PIP then immediately shut down all outreaches. Then they laid them and others off while the rest haven't been able to do any outreaches going on 6 weeks now. That screws us AGAIN for making quarterly bonus not to mention this is a new quarter and still can't do outreaches yet so that screws with us making quota and bonus for 4th quarter. The management here clearly doesn't know what they are doing.
