Cardiovascular Specialty openings - fixed duration

Has anyone had any correspondence regarding a position in this division? I had a PI 4 weeks ago and was asked to submit transcripts and references the following day. I have yet to hear back. Does everyone who has a PI get asked for transcripts, etc?

No word as of yet? I'm assuming they have moved onto another candidate for this position. I would love to trash Lilly right now for the unprofessional way this has been handled, but its not different than the other pharma companies I've worked for.

Lilly hires a 3rd party that deals with sourcing and PI's. Some of your issues would probably be unknown to Lilly management and we need to do a better job setting expectations with our vendor. If they've asked you to submit these things, there is a strong chance you will end up with a F2F interview.

The next training class starts in June and many managers may wait until late April/May in order to secure a strong collection of candidates for the F2F interview. Many times, the vendor may not know when the f2f interviews are planned (until a couple of weeks prior) so they won't be able to provide that information until a later date.

My advice would be to give others the benefit of the doubt, be patient, and knock them out when your time arrives.

Good luck.

I also have been waiting for 3-4 weeks after PI and was asked to fax in application. I assumed I would get f2f email within a week. Still wondering if everyone that is asked to send in application will eventually get email for f2f. Mine is a FDE position

This entire thread has turned into a "Pick Me!, Pick Me!, Pick Me, Pick Me!" routine.

The salary is between $72K and $110K. I would put a new rep in the high 70s to low 80s. Target bonus is $22K for the year (divided quarterly). 17 days vacation (15 plus 2 floaters, in addition to the week in between xmas and ny). Cardio will launch a new testosterone drug in a few months. This will make four drugs.

A new rep? Meaning someone with no experience? I have 12 years experience between primary care and previous specialty, does that qualify me for the 110?

Thanks for whatever info you can provide.

Do we have roommates at training and at meetings? I hope not and because I have not had roommates at meetings in years and I don't want to go back to that.

Our new diversity initiative requires that we get to know our work colleagues better through more intimate interactions. If you are a true Lilly professional you will embrace this change with much enthusiasm.
