Cardionet Stock over/under $2 in 2012?

I predict that if we do not acquire a company in the arrhythmia business with more knowledge about the business than our leaders have, the stock will dip below $2/share. We desperately need leadership that knows this business like companies like ecardio or others. The physicians are telling me that our company lacks specific industry leadership and they are telling me the leadership and technology in other companies is better. A CN merger is needed.

Because BraeMar is still pumping out quality monitors. Now if someone can come up with a schema that incorporates that technology, a better online portal for health systems' EHR needs such as cloud servers, better clinical protocols and on-call contacts, more facetime with practice managers along with feedback to better improve CardioNets processes, more investment into bluetooth monitors such as Zephyr Technologies (remember the monitors used to check the Chilean miners trapped in their mine, NASA, Armed Forces Medical Corps and the NFL Scout Combine), and research and development into new lines of business such as sports medicine and high school/college/pro cardiac monitoring during workouts, then you may have a winner. I am already investigating these lines of business, not to mention more clinical trials, a Purchase of Service model of reimbursement per volume versus relying on health insurances, and more statistical risk-over-investment calculating which includes six sigma approaches to physician AND patient satisfaction. Let's face it, physicians are too focused on patients and not enough on finances, business directors are too focused on finances and not enough on quality of care, and technicians are too focused on the interpretations and not enough on the role of improving the overall company.

You need someone brave enough to crash through their barriers, has enough experience and knowledge to navigate financial and clinical hurdles, and someone fresh enough to utilize their knowledge of health systems EHR and how it ties into the patients' continuum of care. My guess is I lost a few on this explanation; you need a younger face to come up with new ideas while still adhering to FEDERAL REGULATIONS, and can see past their already crumbling lines of business to venture into new territory. I already have those facets in place, if you feel like following along....

"Physicians too focused on patients" wow, on what planet? You can have the best product available, but if it is not reimbursed well, good luck. More then half of the time speaking with a physician the first question is "what is reimbursement" for the rest it is the second question.

Hence researching other lines of business.... My guess is you didn't even research what I was talking about in my previous post about bluetooth monitors, did you? You just threw your hands up in the air because you are too focused on the MCOT systems. You are too narrow-minded to see that you need to research a little more, so I'll spell it out for you..... ZEPHYR TECHNOLOGIES. Bluetooth heart monitoring technology that monitors heartrate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, caloric output, electrocardiogram, etc. The NFL, Army medical corps, NASA, etc. already endorse this. Although it'll be investigational for awhile, it's in use by many sports teams. Imagine monitoring workouts for a major NFL team; no insurance copays or coinsurances, straight commissions from the team itself if you can get in and land that big bird... And this spreads to collegiate sports and private high schools... If you're the first to get even ONE account, you're set up for life. Quit fitting with an already saturated market, get your head out of your ass, and go do the research and pound the pavement like you're suppose to!!! Quit being complacent and laying back waiting for someone to tell you what to do....

My guess is that I'd run circles around you intellectually. I work for a company that has better technology and am aware of some next generation technology, but I'm not aware of the imminent release of anything in the near term. Make me laugh. I'd love to hear your ideas.

It's imminent!...now you can start laughing!!
You don't know of any imminent release because you just work for a company and are obviously low on the totem pole...you aren't privy to executive level information and decisions....btw...I don't think you could run circles around anyone given your less than intellect response above. Sure hope you're not on my team!

Perhaps you should learn to construct a sentence properly before describing my response as "less than intellect" (sic). I'm definitely not on your team, thankfully.

The truth is that I am high on the totem-pole on a low-totem-pole company. I'm aware of every product globally from the new stuff coming out of Singapore, Japan, UK and Belgium. I think that my own company is going to put a big dent in the current status quo. But imminent? Put up or shut up.

So that's your excuse when you contradict yourself? You are going back to high school and using non sequiturs?

This technology sniffs out morons. Looks like it did its job and found the biggest.
Good luck with your en devour I am sure when you do not make any sales you will just give investors the non sequiturs excuse.

It appears that I'm right about English not being your first language. "En deavour" (sic)?

We've already got sales. But I'm not here to talk about me. You were the one who touted the imminent release of a new technology that's going to damage the big players. You're now playing the man and not the ball. Like I said before, put up or shut up.
