Cardiometabolic Medical Specialist openings??

Then move your fucking ass out of here Rooster!

I made bonus. A good one
My budget wasn't cut
My company car wasn't downgraded. WTF are you talking about?
No hostilities where I am.
And no turnover.

Eat a shit burger. Quit your complaint barrel ass. Go selll something.

Your entire post is a bold-faced lie. Promo and samples have been cut in a major way, we talked about it in Vegas. And when it's time to order a new company car I guess you'll get the news about the downgrades. The turnover rate is over 50% so I know you're just outright lying about that.

Bold face lie? Youre a fuck. No lies. I have no samples. Turnover rate isn't even close to 50% dickface. No downgrade in company car? Since when is it a downgrade fuck? Its a company car..so just enjoy it and quit stinking the place up with your shit

Morale moving in same direction as stock price. As a bonus, line up outside HR tomorrow for your "lip service". Remember to bring and provide trinkets! It's all under confidentiality.

I just ordered a company car. A DEFINITE DOWNGRADE!! 4 cylinder, but has nice extras. Go to the 6 cylinder, which is the only thing that makes sense when you drive your life away with large geographies, and it has almost nothing in it. Not comfortable with a Dodge Journey POS.

Samples? There are none. Our RSD will make us BEG for every single sample or you can get NONE!! Budgets cut. Many people pulling back on programs. No support for Med D, but thats not the company fault, Amgn reps lie and suck but have us outnumbered probably 4:1. Open territories in both companies. Nothing getting offered.

Turnover rate is about 60% since launch. If you want people to believe you aren't a home office stooge, try writing like you didn't grow up in the asscrack of Long Island.

Try protecting the company better by actually following 21CFRs. Federal Regulations go beyond every level of management. Clean this one up or more dirty laundry will air out.

Patients BEWARE!

What isn't true?

1. Praluent is dead. Revenues are below $20MM. Is this what a few billion dollars of investment ROI looks like?

2. The US State Court of Delaware indicated more than one patent violations on Praluent. Fact.

3. Fourier data failed to impress. Fact.

4. Dupi now embattled in court as well.

5. List of patent fails from Eylea, to Praluent, to genetic mice.

6. Leadership failed every product launch except Eylea (this is being kind).

About talent,

1. REGN HR group acknowledged poor recruiting practices and retention. Fact. HR told me this.

2. Before, during, post happy hours and sometimes at work, HR (among other functions) provides "lip service" to management - usually senior. HR knows this and allows it. Head of HR said this.

3. This company shows no respect for anything outside of ideas (patents), biologic science / substance - Len S. said this along with George Y.

Most of the posts here deal with topics mentioned above...so what isn't true? I know due to my 14 year tenure.

99% of posts here are true.
