I had 3 interviews never heard back with anything in writing. I called Corporate and had a 30 min. conversation about the process and my experience and explained why I decided to go with another company. Do something about it if you’re not happy with the way you were treated.

congratulations on the offer and new job, it sound like a lot of people are pulling out of the process and taking better positions. If they do finally decide to follow up you should just ignore it.

But seriously, you think by now they would at least tell the loser that they didn't get it. They already knew this a week ago. Maybe it's taking long to prepare the offers because one person is running HR?

I've been literally interviewing with lex for months and in that time have had 3 other companies express interest. They aren't doing much to lock us down! If I had another good offer I would've taken it.

Last week They sent me some other persons offer. Same first name, correct address and wrong last name. It was a $6500 more than the verbal.
I crossed out and corrected last name signed and returned. No one called so maybe I got the raise
Any one get written offer less than verbal
