It truly scares me that morons like you want to work for our company. Seriously? Worrying about things like PTO vs sick time?

clearly, you don’t have a kid, so yeah, that is important to know because when your kids in daycare they get sick all the time. You use up your PTO. I think it’s a normal question to ask on here, even though pricks like you are on this board belittling people’s questions. Thankfully, there are genuine people responding to help a potential candidate make the decision on whether they should work here. Maybe you could think about what other people have on their plate and responsibilities, and that everyone’s life isn’t the same as yours.

Yes, the vehicle offered does matter, if not reflect on the company and how they value the position or rep/manger, just like the auto balance matters.

1. Company car or auto allowance + fuel/mileage
   
2. Health Benefits
3. PTO, sick days, holidays
4. Expense account amounts
5. Hotel travel (hotel quality + meal allotment)
