Can't handle the truth?

OP is it possible that you reported this information but just don't want to say here? It takes more cajones to post here than to report to authorities anonymously on your own time. I am hoping you reported and when everything comes to light management who read your post knows your information was reported by you to authorities. I'm just having a hard time reconciling this. If you really havent reported I am hoping you can write in laymens terms here what you know and probably magically your information would get to the appropriate people. So far your posts seem credible but they are a bit jumbled and not easily understood to those who arent biotech veterans.

I never saw the emails. I do know that they did exist or exisited. Look at the call records from the mentioned physicians to MG, HB, etc. There also were volumes of text messages however, between Ireali and the Western RD. Isreali did most of his speaking in the West, why? My physicians didn't know of him or his clinical expertise. Yet, the word was casually spread by some managers and reps and pushed down from RDs that "he gives a great reimbursement message". Simply look at when he reached his $500K annual alottment and when he slowed significantly prescribing P. Connect the dots.

The posts are clear. If you or anyone else wanted to take the information forward the authorities would understand what is written. Particularly given the context of the reported investigations. I am choosing to not get involved beyond CP.

Also, you need to further invesigate the Las Vegas Ad Board held with "novice" physcians. RR and JRYT promised them the world in terms of specific reimbursement. P Regisrty entry equates to X plus ASP + 6%. These types of meetings and the larger congresses like LUGPA are where RR, JRYT, and his pals at P4 gave much more than a resonable meal to the attendees. Specific reimbursement language was used and inclusion in the registry and trials was dangled as bait for MDs to compund their reimbursement. The private side meetings that take place to the formal meeting is where most of the big deals are done...IMP and the like. Movies are made of this type of corruption... just think of how the Business Review meeting was closed by the RD- "Are you kidding me, are you kidding me? These doctors need to know that this is the most profitable medicine that they can prescribe. The urologist are money motivated. They need to know that they can make more for 3 one hour infusions than they can make for doing a robotics surgury." All the while JRYT and RR were nodding their heards in agrement. UNBELIEVABLE! The RD still has a job, has never performed in her career, and is a part of many of the illegal acts that have taken place.

Thank you for keeping this post here and not reporting it to authorities. It helped you get it off your chest and it wont do any harm legally. You are a good man and a loyal employee. Thanks for showing your appreciation of how you have been treated as an employee.

Wrong Joe Depinto has taken Rob Rosens place, GOD help you all.

The OP doesnt nearly do the job you do in illustrating all the illegal acts. He is all over the place and has no intention to report to investigating authorities You speak nothing but truth and you do it clearly and concisely and youre very aware of who is investigating. Good to see you back and adding to threads.

all one needs to do is pull txt msgs from the cell phones of TK and DCM in mkting and TG in sales to see how the kols you mention were being "managed" not to mention the true (inappropriate) intent of the registry meetings

Strange post yesterday by someone with an ID asking question almost from the point of view as a doctor. Very suspicious. A few responses poiting out that it's probably management posting that and the whole thread was promptly removed. DNDN is fishing in my opinion as to what people know and want to know if physicians are being asked questions. Best to leave them in the dark. These are bad people. Glad it's gotten slow here.

[I"it didn't help that the company was without a chief compliance officer for 4 months. That was a choice by Dendreon to not have someone employees could go to. Now they have a clown who I understand has had like 7 jobs in 8 years."
Tim Ayers is certainly no Bill Waller. Bill was a competent professional who would work with you and follow the law, not some change-jobs-every-year guy who lives down in Georgia or something. He doesn't seem committed to Seattle, Dendreon or the employees. We miss Bill and his solid leadership -- competence and a team player from someone of his level are hard to find. The government and shareholders are hopefully looking into why good executives were laid off only to be replaced with arrogant, incompetent crap. The replacement general counsel only stayed briefly, and I bet Ayers is biding his time until he can find job number 8. (it's cheaper by the dozen, eh Ayers??). Feels like there's still no chief compliance officer. Was that the plan?

I don't know much about Waller, but Osborn replaced Hamm who is is a HUGE part of this mess.
