A thread was removed discussing inapropriate actions by a former Market Access NAM who is now a DM. The RD and VP of Sales along with RR directed this NAM to "coach" physicians through a Highmark deposition. The "then NAM" also "coached" accounts in S. NJ to put claims though for patients with mets that were treated outside of indication, prior to the NCD. At the time this was considered off-label.

At the same time, the RD, VP of Sales, and RR were pushing this NAM and her colleagues to uncover all outstanding claims from 2010 and RR was going to go to the BOD to have them wiped off of the books. This took place in the fall of 2011.
 






Sounds like someone lost their job and has nothing else to do except read and post on this crybaby site at 4:02 pm.

Why attack the poster?

He is making a statement. If what he is saying is not true then call him out.

You opine that he is out of work. Everyone else here is going to opine that you are one of the many Dendreon people posting here the last week who have have an agenda to cover up the truth and take the focus off all the illegal activities. Dendreon will never be able to separate itself from that as hard as it tries. Keeping Mitch Gold is just another example of how rotten to the core this company is. Until justice is served this will go on indefinitely. Hope you have a good lawyer as well.
 






If your "gainful" employment is working for Dendreon and you are attempting to discredit someone who is talking about crimes that occurred at Dendreon then this "gainful" employment you describe is making money by stealing from hard working tax paying Americans.

I am sure you would agree that it is much more noble to collect unemployment than to rob people blind as MG and the rest of EC did.

How many of these "unemployed" you speak of came here from good jobs under the false pretense of nice company with a $40 dollar stock price? How many of these people were laid off after only a few months.

It is shameful that you would insult the unemployed or even the homeless by somehow saying people like you and MG are more noble. MG is going to find out what its like to earn 8 cents a day.
 






Thankfully i dont work for the company. It sounds like the guy is really angry and he seems to know too much to not have been involved. If he knows so much and wasnt let go, he should have said somehing long ago. Unless of course it didnt matter at the time.
 






There are lots of angry people. Atrocities took place here. Physicians are angry, employees are angry, ex-employees are angry, investors are angry. Crimes took place. Only the weak shut up and move on. No one is moving on until justice is served.

You seem to have more of an agenda than just an innocent bystander reading the Dendreon board. Your post seemed like an attack and I dont know how someone with no agenda just attacks what seems like a victim who you seem to think is unemployed.

DNDN mgt has been posting here lately, having incriminating posts removed etc, trying to move other posts down. Like everything else they try their attempts will fail. This is going to have an outcome and that outcome will not be good for those who committed crimes.
 






Put yourself in other people's shoes. People have families to feed. Sometimes they have no choice but to look the other way. There is a fear factor. There are all kinds of factors. it didn't help that the company was without a chief compliance officer for 4 months. That was a choice by Dendreon to not have someone employees could go to. Now they have a clown who I understand has had like 7 jobs in 8 years. Many are speaking directly to the FBI.

Fall 2011. Makes perfect sense. Period of desperation to try to do anything they could, legal or not, to maximize revenues in the face of that criminal revenue projection that they kept continued to criminally reaffirm.

Original poster here. I am actually still with this embarrssment of a company. I am looking very hard to get out, just like my RD and everyone else. And, yes, I am affraid to formally report what I know.

You dont have to answer to that guy. He is most likely with dendreon in a much higher position than you. He is making a statement to further make you afraid. Obstruction of justice. Your first post was removed. Obviously this post bothers Dendreon very much.

A innocent bystander who doesnt work here with no agenda would not have been so angry with your post to call you names like that. That much is very clear.

If you are afraid to report this to the FBI who is investigating then you should report it to the new compliance guy. There are rules and laws to protect you.

Since you are afraid to call the Seattle FBI who is already investigating can you please give a little more detail here at least so it can be understandable for laypeople and maybe this info can get in the right hands? What is the NAM's name? Initials are fine.
 






Original poster here It doesnt matter what her (the NAM) name is. It is the systematic direction of the company- RR, JRTY, RDs (Namely PF in this instance) that is crimonal and abusive. The NAM is a good person, but naive. Now she is the DM, having never managed before. Her goal was reduced in Q1 of this year as compared to her peers. Was this a soft reward? Her of goal. At what cost was this goal adjustment made? PF is the key to answer these questions.

A question needs to be asked about the physicians (a few) that made over $500K in 6 months speaking for DNDN. One is a single practicioner from Long Island. He was used around the country and mostly in the West. Why? was he a brialliant practicioner? Nope, in addition to being a physican, he was also a comedian. A crude comedican who gave a great message about the reimbursement of the P and how to bill for it. After meeting the 1 year cap for honoraria in 6 months, he essentailly stopped using P. The emails and electronic records of communications between this MD and other (think South Carolina) are prolific. MG, JRYT, RR, and the RD in the West should resign now... ask the comapany about the information in this post. Wink and Nod... in my years in the industry I have never seen a place like DNDN.

The sad part is the company sees your posts as they are avid readers of this board. I'm sure it brings them great satisfaction that you post it here where it will do nothing. You can report all you know to the FBI without Dendreon ever knowing who you are. The fact that you post here but say you are afraid of reporting to the FBI on your own time brings into doubt the credibility of your posts. It is also interesting that you say RR is still here because by all accounts here RR is no longer employed by Dendeon.
 












If OP is talking about Kapoor his posts are accurate. That is a paid pumper who interviews with the likes of that fool Ted Cohen who was pumping DNDN at 50 and despite riding DNDN down from 50 continues to pump in vain attempts to get his money back. You almost feel sorry for people like Cohen as the fool parts with his money but sadly he is married to a stock.
