Can we talk about what’s happening


I never said they all were fired. I said the turnover is huge, with no signs of it letting up. Whether it fired, position deleted, re doing of territories, doesn’t matter. I’ll say it again, we are back to the JA years. 80%+ turnover in 18 months. NEW positions? You need to go back to whatever restaurant hostess job you left to come work here.

heres the deal for any reps who are new to this toxic site. It’s filled with ex disgruntled reps and competitive reps. Yes the occasional good point from a present rep appears but not often.

This company has the 2 best products in their respective classes bar none. Yes there are challenges as there have been since it all began.

Multiple times reps have screamed from the roof tops that the company is all but dead, can’t survive, etc..

Don’t believe any of it. The grass tends to be no greener elsewhere, you have fantastic products and a CEO who gives a shit.

This is from a veteran rep (many years) who is still here, who has never written on here until now for those who will accuse this of being a corporate leader

Really narrow minded if you dismiss ex reps for posting. Many ex reps put in their time, understand the process and are entitled to their opinion about their experience of actually working at this toxic place. And sometimes the grass is greener.

I don't believe that for a second- you are the same one who comes on here to defend this place and chalk any negative comments up to 'disgruntled ex-reps'. probably someone in the home office. there is a lot of truth on this board unfortunately, and its where many of us have to come to find out what's going on!
 
Any ex reps who are even on this site posting are probably not on to better things and are just bitter about their lack of success and just want to continue to rip Bioventus. You should focus on your new supposedly better opportunity and forget about Bioventus. Believe me, if you are having success and are busy at your new gig, you would not be posting on this site and would be relieved and would have forgotten about Bioventus.

You assume a lot. Most of us vent about the way this dump operates while we look for a new gig. Maybe you should contribute to the thread instead of your personal assumptions.
 
Fact is we're screwed. Exogen though to get approved without fabricating medical letters and forging docs sigs. HA is dying rapidly. No insurance coverage, price hike which eliminates our nice spread. Little reason to use some of our products. Curious what quotas will be.

Durolane will be significantly higher, Exogen maybe 3%, who knows with G3 it’s been a crap shoot on figuring that out since the beginning. The mid year increase in 2017 was cool and the unrealistic goals for most in 2018 was even better....Supartz, Eh.

Remember last NSM when the company goal was 10syringes of Durolane by end of year per territory and it ended up being 5 a month to start. Can’t wait to see what it’ll be. I’m sure coverage has changed to warrant the increases.
 
Why would someone not working here care about quota?

My territory is doing excellent this year and my question is valid. Mgr said Durolane is going to jump bc of success so far. Supartz & G3 is guess.
 
Guessing exo will be similar to this years numbers. HA is a crap shoot. Speaking of crap shoot - Vegas baby! Should be fun except for JN on stage. Compliance will be theme. ‍♂️♀️
 
When will leadership see this is an Executive leadership issue. Case in point, turnover. HR and JN preach about rep turnover all the time but that starts at the top. Let’s go beyond rep turnover. Think about dos’s under KH. In the last 3 years KH has lost, 1.MG 2.CM 3.AH 4.BH 5.BP 6.AG and now 7.JM. He only manages 8 dos’s so thats 88% turnover in 3 years. Was this any different when he was a dos himself, no! Reps couldn’t flee fast enough. Is anyone even noticing this?

So if you really feel KH is that bad, grow a spine, stop writing this crap on cafepharma and lodge a real substantiated complaint with HR. Bet you not one of those people you mentioned who left said one thing about KH. Maybe if someone would, some action would happen. People can’t fire him just because you don’t like him. Give them something to fire him for.
