DMs are way, way overpaid administrative assistants. Their 'coaching' is a complete joke and the only time we use it is when we are with them.

Do you hear that DM's? Your a waste of company money and our time in the field. If you want to help out why don't you just resign.

Get over yourself. Takeda and every other company in the industry decided that primary care reps are also a waste of time, money and space. They are laying people off in huge numbers. You are no better than your DM except for the fact that a DM at Takeda makes more than twice what a rep makes once you factor in LTIP/RSU payments in June.
