Can someone please tell what the SAM's do at this company?

The best CBM's??? Are you kidding!! Not all, but the majority of these SAM's do nothing, and when you do ask to look into something new, I usually get" not my job"!! Then what is your job?? Having lunch at home infusion companies? They don't even have lunch at MDO suites because thy may have to actually have a clinical discussion. I hope that things really do change next year, this none sense of no accountability has gotten old. Getting credit for both sivextro and dificid, when my SAM doesn't even leave the house is BS, and completely disrespectful to the FEW that may actually work. I personally know several SAM's that bust their butt, but I know a lot more that don't do a thing all day. Someone needs to audit my RAM's expense account and calls. He would be gone really quick!!!!
 






100% in agreement with the last post. There are probably some SAMs that work but not many. They travel and stay at the most expensive hotels and eat out, maybe their manager should work with them ? Cubist needs to re-assess their role as they provide little value and get paid a lot!
